Day two of Maryland Lacrosse Showcase, the east coast’s premier lacrosse showcase, featured an All-Star game to round out the weekend.

“The All-Star game is a fantastic way to wrap up the weekend,” said Brad Barber, founder and president of Maryland Lacrosse Showcase, “the game allows college coaches to see the weekend’s stand-out athletes compete together—a rarity at most tournaments and showcases.”

The Showcase, which hosted over 400 uncommitted athletes from 37 states and two Canadian provinces, was held at Blandair Regional Park in Columbia, Md. In addition to the 420 athletes, 67 college coaches were in attendance. Coaches represented Division I, II and III colleges and universities from throughout the United States.

Maryland Lacrosse Showcase featured two days packed full of competitive play, allowing athletes to receive the highest level of exposure and coaching from top college coaches. Each of the eighteen teams were coached by two college coaches and played five games total as other college coaches recruited from the sidelines.

The 2015 Maryland Lacrosse Showcase is set to take place on July 25 and 26, 2015 at Blandair Regional Park. For more information, visit www.marylandlacrosseshowcase.com.
